2008 was our first year to be on 305 day testing.  We have competed in one day milk tests (several per year) with our does, always doing extremely well and holding many top ten records.  We always thought that it would be too time consuming to go on official DHIR but decided to take the plunge and try it anyway.  Turns out we were right, it is pretty time consuming and we haven't had much of a break as we freshen out twice a year, however it's also been extremely rewarding!  We will be listing our DHIR records for the 2008 year as we get our doe sheets in, some girls will continue milking through some of 2009 so we will add their records later.  We are extremly proud of our girls and we think we may even have a couple in the top 10 again.  We have had multiple does in the top 10 Every Year since we started doing milk tests in 1998 and we hope to add more this year!
